Our safety procedures
Safety is our priority - for both people and products.
We ensure the production process is monitored and comply with requirements of work, fire and health procedures.
Our production and warehousing sites are monitored and the area is fenced and guarded.
We make sure all surveys, certificates, insurance policies including raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products are updated and running.
We introduced a CCTV system all over the factory area. The whole site is monitored and guarded by an external security company and internal security employees.
Our quality procedures
Since 2004 we operate according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System (HACCP). Over the last 18 years it has been, along with the changing scope of the company's activity, expanded and improved to meet the requirements of our clients. In 2021, we certified our system for compliance with the IFS Food standard. We are also able to pack eco-products and palm oil products from sustainable production (RSPO).
We are periodically submit to an ethics audit according to Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) standards run by an authorised certification unit - a non-profit organization called SEDEX. Audited areas are: labor code, fire safety, ethical standards and business practices and a rigorous evaluation of environment protection standards.
We also evaluate our ethical standards and responsible business using the ECOVADIS platform
The whole APACK Sp. z o.o. facility has a 24/7 monitoring system provided by the JOKER Detective and Security Agency. The packaging and storage area is additionally supervised by a CCTV system.
